Selecting your palette of interior material finishes is one of the pleasures of building a new custom home. Because it’s a custom home, you have freedom of choice in everything from designing your kitchen layout and selecting appliances to choosing material palettes including tiling, splashbacks, taps, cabinetry, benchtops, floor coverings and more. For some people, all of these choices can feel a little overwhelming. That’s why we provide a dedicated interior designer to guide you through the options to create your personalised selections list!

You can talk directly with Mark, owner and a qualified carpenter, who has vast architectural building experience. He is more than happy to chat about your prospective project, and how we can best help! 



The first consult is a relaxed meet and greet session, either at our Office and Design Showroom or at your property.


Mark will run through our project Q & A with you, which allows us to get a better understanding of your proposed building project. Together we brainstorm your ideas, talk specs, aesthetics and budget.



Let the fun begin!.. Time to start saving all of your favourite website pics and magazines cuttings… we encourage our clients to create Pinterest and Instagrams accounts so you can save and share your favourite design pics.  Here you will find ideas for cladding options, roof styles, colour palletes and much more..  This helps us understand your vision and design aesthetic prior to concept design stage



You have been busy compiling all if you favourite pictures and ideas, now its time to meet our Architect to develop your design brief.  From this session we will create a concept design of your new home and when you are happy with it we will do a pricing take off and provide you with a preliminary estimate.

If you require further design meetings our Architects are flexible to make sure your new home is within your budget and scope.



Once you are happy with your concept design and cost estimate, we will begin your working drawings (plans), and when complete will be ready for council consent application and construction.


You will also see the complete build layout of your new home which can be tweaked at this stage. We arrange a time to meet with you on your building site to show how your home will be placed on your section.



Once we have compiled all pricing then we will put together our Quotation & Addendum for you. This is not just a price, it's a detailed overview of all of the build stages and items included in your project. We will also provide you with our building agreement, master build guarantee application, and your very own selections schedule.



Upon signing our contract documents, we will submit your project to council for building consent. We can then book your project start date.


Your assigned project manager will then input your project details into our project management software, where you will have access to your very own client portal. You can keep up to date with your project schedule, send messages, view your plans, photos & much more!
